With a career spanning over 7 years in legal and business operations, Cynthia’s expertise lies at the intersection of commercial scaling and risk management. Holding an MBA and called to the Nigerian Bar, Cynthia has a proven track record of architecting deals, building commercial contracts, and leading successful fundraising initiatives.
Cynthia's cross-sector experience is highly diverse, having structured commercial operations for fintechs, mobility companies, and scaling SMBs. Beyond the private sector, Cynthia has operated at the highest levels of institutional partnerships, consulting with government agencies and leading initiatives in partnership with the Netherlands Embassy in Nigeria.
Today, operating as a Fractional Commercial Lead out of the Lille tech hub in France, Cynthia leverages this wealth of experience to help technical founders bridge the gap between building a great product and executing a profitable, legally sound commercial strategy.
